During his daily meditations and consultations with the divine Belrith suddenly found himself facing a small genie. It instructed him that luck needed his help. Being instructed that the “spinning wheel” was where he should look Belrith immediately headed to the roulette table, finding it spinning by itself. The inner section seemed strange and kinda glowey, so using a trusty pool cue Belrith found it to infact be a portal. Knowing that in such situations you must always Push Your Luck and go all in Belrith leapt into this portal, eager to see where it went.
On the other side was a great bound dragon, being set upon by creatures corrupted and decayed. It was bound by massive smoking chains and seemed in great pain and unable to escape. Without waiting Belrith leapt to action, dispelling the magic on the chains damaging the great wyrm, and moving to take the attention of it. The battle was ferocious, with the little luck cleric fighting side by side the illustrious Luck Wyrm, who broke its chains once the enchantment was broken. Fortune lead to misfortune, leading again to fortune, with the dragon and Belrith aiding each other, often with the little satyr ending unconscious. Finally a last radiant blow was dealt to the leader of the attackers, turning its form to nothing but radiant motes of light. Atop the Luck Dragon they then flew up and out of this deep place, ending in the mountains close by. Flying back to the temple Belrith and the Dragon bade each other farewell, each having saved the life of the other.
