First we travelled to get the potions of temp HP, and spent our night with milf of the lake. Travelling onwards towards Push Your Luck (Belriths Temple)we ended up stopping next to it in the hut. That night we got attacked by little mushroom guys. They get absolutely massacred by us.

In the morning we head off into the wilderness, and immediately get lost in the dense woods. We find a small shambling mound near the old witch house, and leave it be for Taget who seems would make an ideal friend and companion for it. Immediately after this we get lost again, and find the parent and brutally murder it. One less danger in the nearby woods!

That night while we sleep we get attacked by a troll, but at this point dealing with this is old hat. However we realise we can’t easily deal fire damage though. Belrith and Illai do a dope combo move, lighting a torch on fire and jabbing it into its eye!

As we travel further into the mountains, meeting some griffins and convincing them a) we are friendly, and b) we could absolutely demolish them in a fight. They let us by and we pass peacefully. We arrive at the crystal cave and stay the night, fighting off two ogres.

The next day we arrive at the fort, its absolutely full of bandits! Its got a bridge leading up to it and sits on a high cliff.Gates, balistas, and a mage, it has it all!

We come up with a sneaky plan – Illai goes in in squirrel form and summons eagles who grab the mage and drop them off the cliff next to the fort. They jump on the other one move to a safer distance, this repeats dropping many of the enemies off the cliff Belrith uses the friendship wombocombo to give both monks and fae’eal a bonus to their attacks and defences and they start charging the gate! Fireballs went off, spells were cast, monks deflected arrows, it was a glorious battle. By the end of the fight most of the bandits were dead, and the rest had surrendered. The Mage however seemed to have survived their fall and was missing in action.

We found a great deal of treasure and a spellbook, and a note saying not to go in the swamp and that it had a dragon in it, as well as the location of a new cave. Fae’eal notes these down on their map!

The fort was in very good shape, and will only cost a tiny amount to get back up to speed. Its the perfect stronghold in the mountains. Belrith makes the decision to immediately commission roads heading to it and expand our network. We manage to return home without incident.
